We walked around the Lord Bao Temple in Hefei, China, in the late morning of December 27, 2006. A light fog covered the city most of the morning and made for some fun photo opps. For the pagoda capture the fog makes the pagoda appear monochromatic, but this is how it actually looked that day. The pagoda-in-the-fog image is one of my all-time favorites. For reference, the image with the walking bridge is a wider shot in the opposite direction from the pagoda and shows some of the background structures in the misty air.
