Weekly Photo Challenge: Abstract – Light

I captured these two images several weeks ago. Someone’s cell phone sat on our dining room table. I happen to sit where I could see the abstract reflections and refractions on the cell phone glass from the dining room light. That light fixture has five small lights (that provide the bright white reflections) and beveled glass (that provides the rainbow refractions).

  1. Wow! Love this! Brought up a memory for me that had been lost for years — my Dad had a prism, a triangular length about three inches long…I loved to see the light exiting it, transformed into a spray of color. Thank you! 🙂
