Weekly Photo Challenge: Connected – Live Performers

The connection between live performers involves a tremendous amount of coordination and attention to detail. One wrong move and the entire troupe takes a fall. At the circus this past winter, we watched several acts requiring precision movements to succeed. It is difficult to imagine how many hours of practice and adjustment went into each of these performances. We enjoyed the outcome of their efforts (even the guy who missed his connection on the trapeze!)

  1. You are so right about co-ordination and depending on others to get it right. For me, the worst is those formations of jet aircraft, all twisting through the sky at 600 mph, two feet apart. Most times I can’t bear to watch!
